Introduction

Undoubtedly, providing coherent training for medical staff will improve the quality of medical services. In addition to producing advanced surgical guidance systems, Parsis Company considers providing continuous training as one of its missions. In addition to training at the company and hospitals, the company has cooperated with training centers, including the Center for Advanced Clinical Skills Training in Iran. Iran Clinical Advanced Skills Training Center (IACT) was established in 1399 as the first advanced medical skills training center made in Iran. This center is a subset of Tehran University of Medical Sciences in the Research Institute of Advanced Medical Technologies and Equipment and is located in Imam Khomeini Hospital as the largest teaching hospital in the country. Parsis Company has provided the possibility of familiarity and experience of working with the surgical guidance system using special phantoms in different specialties and phantoms specific to each patient in the iACT center for the respected medical staff. These trainings include basic and advanced skills training courses in neurosurgery, maxillofacial surgery, ENT surgery, spine surgery and bronchoscopy. The training process in this center is performed by skilled surgeons and university professors, and this provides a valuable opportunity for surgeons, physicians and residents of various fields to benefit from the experience of expert professors while getting acquainted with the equipment.
